You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Accepted Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to misuse or handling will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Start a Return: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. Please include clear photos or videos if applicable.

Return Authorization Number (RA#): Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide you with the return shipping address.

Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service. Windy Boxing Store is not liable for lost or untraceable returns.

Refund Procedure

Refund Conditions: After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Deductions: The refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs paid by us for the delivery. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

Example: If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping expense from your refund amount.

Issues with Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, but some banks or credit card companies may take longer to show the amount.

Contact Us: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please get in touch with our team for assistance.

Exchanges and Special Circumstances

Defective or Damaged Items: We will replace items at no extra cost if they are defective or damaged. Contact us immediately upon receipt.

Gift Returns: If you received a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Terms: Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. A 15% processing and restocking fee will apply. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Important Notes

Buyer's Remorse: Returns based on personal preferences, sizing misjudgment, or finding a better price elsewhere are accepted, but all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
