1. Delivery of Goods
The Windy Boxing Store USA is not responsible for damaged goods or problems caused by the delivery company.
2. Cancelations and Refunds

Shipping and delivery date
Date of Order is officially set after the initial payment is made and confirmed by the Windy Boxing Store. Orders will be shipped the same day whenever it's possible through, Aramex express door to door inclusive tracking. Average shipping time is between 7 and 14 days depending on your location.
T-shirts and Hand wraps are sent through Thai Post with limited tracking options, also within a 7 to 14 day delivery window.
The Windy Boxing Store is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company or by the customs of your country.

4. Duties, tax and handling fees
Windy Boxing Store USA handles all applicable customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, and assumes responsibility for any additional fees assessed by USA Customs.
5. Money-back guarantee
All money back claims shall be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. As mentioned above, the Windy Boxing Store is not liable for damages caused by the shipping company. All valid claims will be assessed and either a replacement product or credit will be issued to the customer.
