1. Delivery of Goods
The Windy Boxing Store USA is not responsible for damaged goods or problems caused by the delivery company.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Shipping and delivery date
Date of Order is officially set after the initial payment is made and confirmed by the Windy Boxing Store. Orders will be shipped the same day whenever possible through Aramex express door-to-door with tracking. Average shipping time is 7–14 days depending on your location.
T-shirts and hand wraps are sent through Thai Post with limited tracking, also within a 7–14 day window.
The Windy Boxing Store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or customs.

4. Duties, tax and handling fees
